Aircraft Rental
Tiffin Aire offers several aircraft for rental and instruction. Our rental fleet consists of an American Champion, a Piper Warrior (PA-28-181), two Piper Archers (PA-28-181), and a Piper Arrow (PA-28RT-201T). All of these aircraft are offered for rental to qualified pilots with a checkout, or with the services of one of our skilled instructors. Tiffin Aire offers instruction for Airplane ratings from recreational pilot through Airline Transport Pilot. Our instructors will guide you through all of the ground school and flight training that you need to accomplish any rating. Tiffin Aire also offers computerized testing through CATS allowing you to take your FAA written exam right here. We also have a designated pilot examiner on the field so that you don't even have to travel somewhere else to take your check ride. Please Call us today to schedule your first flight lesson.
Tiffin Aire recommends that all pilots renting our aircraft obtain renters insurance. All of our rental aircraft are insured, and this insurance protects us in case of a loss. This insurance does not, however, protect you from having to pay part of that loss. Renters insurance can provide you with protection in case of a loss against one of our aircraft. It is not a requirement to rent with us, but it is very useful to have.
